Following, he established companies in the building and development sectors, successfully completing several large-scale construction projects in the Detroit metropolitan area, and continues to be active in this arena. Along with these projects, Mr. Kheder maintained a strong presence within government, sitting on the Legislative and PAC Boards for the Building Industry Association, participating with their state and national associations, and playing a key role in many industry governmental relations issues.

Between 2010 and the end of 2015, Joe Kheder worked with a Lansing based multi-client lobbying and consulting firm, quickly becoming a Senior Associate handling a majority the firm's lobbying volume, and helping to reestablish the firm's presence in Lansing. Key accomplishments include the development and implementation of a Political Action Committee (PAC) program for the firm, along with numerous local, state, and federal level successes for his clients in areas including: appropriations, health care, behavioral health, state licensing, Certificate of Need and regulatory issues, Medicaid, pharmacology, technology, procurement, entertainment and media, insurance - including auto no fault, government payment systems and auditing, construction, manufacturing, business development and others.
Since 1983, Robert Vickrey has advocated for clients within the judicial, regulatory, and legislative areas, giving his clients straight forward advice and direction.
A product of the Michigan Legislature, Mr. Vickrey began his career in Lansing, working as an Administrative Assistant in the Michigan State Senate, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Macomb Country, Special Assistant Attorney General; and as Chief Legal Counsel for the Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives - advising on: Workers' Compensation, tort reform, products liability, medical malpractice, auto no fault, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), Legislative Retirement, The Library of Michigan Foundation, The Legislative Council, The Criminal Justice Committee, and the Administrative Rules Committee.
Subsequently, Mr. Vickrey established R. S. Vickrey Law Offices, providing full legal services; including: governmental, municipal, administrative, corporate, civil and criminal litigation. In addition, Mr. Vickrey served as Harrison Township, Michigan, City Attorney handling a variety of their municipal concerns.

For over 13 years, Ann Kheder worked as an Adminstrative Assistant for one of Michigan’s oldest and most prestigious law firms, handling a variety of responsibilities, including legal assistant, and Marketing Department Assistant - inclunding database management, program tracking, event planning, program executing, and hosting small and large events for the firm.
Following, Ms. Kheder has spent 25 years as Business Manager for Kheder Homes, handling all aspects of business operations administration, including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, title and banking requirements, accounting, and tax requirements, material ordering and inventory, scheduling, model home management, warranty and service management, and design and selection processes for all clients.
Ann Kheder brings a keen eye for organization and detail to J. Kheder Associates, handling the general support services for the firm, including assisting with event planning, PAC management, and other needs.
